Emma Watson has snapped up a £3million house in London and moved in with her boyfriend Jay, it has been claimed. Emma, 19, who plays Hermione Granger, and financier Jay Barrymore, 26, have been dating for the past 16 months and it is now reported that she has bought a new home.A source said: "Emma's off to university in America soon but was determined to put some roots down in England first." The source added: "Despite the fame, she's really got her head screwed on. After consulting with several property experts, as well as her family and friends, she's decided to invest in her own place. "It's a North London townhouse and it's just a stone's throw from her dad Chris's house. So she can pop round for a Sunday roast whenever she fancies." Talking about her relationship with Jay, the source said: "Her relationship with Jay is going from strength to strength. Emma's confident they'll stay together even when she's abroad. It's an exciting time for her, both personally and professionally."
